Michelle is the founder of BGSD Strategies and is passionate about helping organizational leaders grow their teams quickly while maintaining their health and sanity. With two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, management consultant, and mindset coach under her belt, Michelle knows how to expertly guide stressed-out bosses back into alignment toward their greatest impact. Michelle earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business and Dartmouth and is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Natalie Rojas | Chief Operating Officer
After obtaining a degree in International Peace Studies and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, Natalie went on to receive a Masters degree in Responsible Management and Sustainable Economic Development from the United Nations University of Peace. She kicked off her career working in small business development and supplier diversity with LGBTQ+ business owners at the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, before moving to Martha's Table, a local non-profit fighting to break down education and employment barriers for all Washintonians. Natalie marries her expertise in operations and passion for impact driven organizations in her role as the Chief Operating Officer for BGSD Strategies.
Moe Poole | Master Mindset Coach
Moe Poole specializes in transformational mindset shifts. Utilizing her background in psychology, child development and applied behavioral analysis, “Coach Moe” (as she is affectionately known) fuses science and intuition to help business leaders show up more powerfully for themselves and their dreams. With over 15 years working in the fields of psychological and behavioral therapy, Moe has the experience to identify the mindset patterns that can be so stifling to an entrepreneur. Moe has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Child Development from Argosy University, a Masters of Science Degree in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis from Purdue University and is a Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Wes Melville | Growth Strategist
Wes has 15 years' experience in strategy consulting and brand marketing, supporting clients across industries spanning the federal government, private sector, startup, and nonprofit worlds. He is passionate about helping progressive political startups and mission-minded small businesses solve problems and launch successful and sustainable business models. Wes received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
Andrea Eaton | Growth Strategist
Andrea grew up in San Diego and has a BA in Government and a Master’s in Public Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She started her career at City Year supporting strategic projects for the President and CEO before transitioning to the insurance industry after business school. Andrea has more than a decade of product management experience with a focus on analytics, operational excellence and efficiency, new product development and implementation, and managing teams of analysts, actuaries and product owners.
Ronni Morgan | Marketing Strategist
Ronni started off her entrepreneurial journey as the owner of a one-of-a-kind micro-salon in downtown Indianapolis. Her salon rapidly rose to success as she put her creative writing and marketing skills into action. After a decade in the hair industry, Ronni realized she had the innate ability to connect and empathize with others, a skill that lends itself well to a full-time marketing career. She is now finding great satisfaction as part of the BGSD team, putting her talents to help progressive leaders find their audience and scale their impact.
