Michelle earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2009.

Wes received his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Arika's passion is helping small business owners up-level their professional and personal lives. With 20 year as an entrepreneur under her belt, Arika has personal experience with all of the mindset issues that come up in the difficult process of growing a business. She holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, an Associate Credentialed Coach designation with the International Coach Federation, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner. She also serves as an adjunct instructor at Moraine Valley Community College and is the current President of the International Coaching Federation, Chicago Chapter.

After obtaining a degree in International Peace Studies and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, Natalie went on to receive a Masters degree in Responsible Management and Sustainable Economic Development from the United Nations University of Peace. She kicked off her career working in small business development and supplier diversity with LGBTQ+ business owners at the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Here, she gained an intense respect and appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit and recognized her unique skill-set in operational systems and management. This led to her working in operations for Martha's Table, a local non-profit fighting to break down education and employment barriers for all Washintonians. Natalie is thrilled to marry her expertise in operations and passion for impact driven organizations as the Director of Operations with BGSD Strategies.

Moe Poole specializes in transformational mindset shifts. Utilizing her background in psychology, child development and applied behavioral analysis, “Coach Moe” (as she is affectionately known) fuses science and intuition to help small business owners show up more powerfully for themselves and their dreams. With over 15 years working in the fields of psychological and behavioral therapy, Moe has the experience to identify the mindset patterns that can be so stifling to an entrepreneur. Moe has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Child Development from Argosy University, a Masters of Science Degree in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis from Purdue University and is a Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Ronni started off her entrepreneurial journey as the owner of a one-of-a-kind micro-salon in downtown Indianapolis. Her salon rapidly rose to success as she put her creative writing and marketing skills into action. After a decade in the hair industry, Ronni realized she had the innate ability to connect and empathize with others, a skill that lends itself well to a full-time marketing career. She is now finding great satisfaction as part of the BGSD team, putting her talents to help progressive leaders find their audience and scale their impact.

In 2011 he earned an MBA from the Smith School at University of Maryland. Prior to entering the healthcare sector, he worked on Democratic political campaigns around the country.

Roberto leads our initiatives for digital marketing, social media, website design, and multimedia production. He obtained his B.A. in Public Relations from Virginia Tech in 2019, with an emphasis on sociology, politics, philosophy, and economics. After working on numerous political and marketing campaigns, Roberto feels right at home in his role at BGSD.
