Lola’s story is inspiring to all of us. Just over a year ago, while due with her second child, Lola quit her job as an HR leader at a large nonprofit in order to launch her own leadership and management development practice. She wanted to build a leadership coaching practice in her own vision that would serve more of the clients she cares about. She also wanted a business that would allow her the independence to spend time with her husband and two young kids.
We worked with Lola to scale her business so that it would serve more clients and earn more revenue while not compromising her role as a wife and mother. We helped her transition her business from working with individuals to working with organizations, and away from a calendar full of 1-to-1 coaching calls to a group coaching model that has earned her more clients and revenue while protecting her capacity as a mom.
As founder and CEO of Greene House Group, Lola is now serving some of the leading organizations in the progressive movement. In the first quarter of this year alone she booked more revenue than she did in the entirety of 2018, and has recently hired two high-level employees to help scale Greene House Group’s impact to more clients.
